As a marketing professional at Conintel, I have played a key role in the company’s digital transformation since 2020. During the challenges of the pandemic, I helped guide the brand toward a strong and effective digital presence, accelerating its transition into the online ecosystem.
One of my main contributions has been the design and execution of a comprehensive real estate marketing strategy focused on positioning and selling luxury housing projects in both Colombia and the United States. This strategy leveraged Meta Ads and Google Ads to expand reach, attract highly targeted audiences, and consistently generate qualified leads.

Since 2020, I have led Conintel’s advertising strategy for its three real estate projects, Tres Cantos, Curubal, and Mazanti. Through continuous lead generation and ongoing campaign optimization, these efforts have delivered an average of 8 property sales per month, supported by a monthly advertising investment of $2,000 USD.

In 2023, Led the digital launch strategy for Tres Cantos, generating 25 sales from 1,002 qualified leads with a total investment of $7.989 USD and a 1.8% conversion rate, optimizing performance across Google, Meta, and TikTok.​​In 2024, during the launch of Curubal in Envigado, Colombia, I led the digital strategy with an investment of $3,659 USD generating 674 qualified leads, 15,425 clicks, and achieving a 4.37% conversion rate. As a direct result of these digital efforts, 24 apartments were successfully sold.
